Food Review - Dimsum - Global Culture
You win Some you Dimsum...
“There is no love sincerer than
“There is no love sincerer than
the love of food.”
– George Bernard Shaw
Hiii dolls.. Its been a while since we did a food post.. and being a true foodie not doing a food post is not possible..
This is from my dinner at
THE GLOBAL CULTURE , SANPADA..
lets get talking about food..
Dimsums are soul food.. comforting!! melting in the mouth! especially more so for me because my mom is a nepali so momos are quite a regular dish in our homes. the main thing , infact the only thing i am picky when it comes to dimsums is that the covering is thin .
I love all dimsums in all preparations .. steamed , as pot stickers , deep fried.. , tandoori , cheese filled , baked..
The first dish.. is YAKI GYOZA They dumpling filled with minced chicken , shitaki mushroom wrapped in dumpling sheet steamed and pan fried .
The second dish is Chicken coriander chilli dumpling.. Chicken leg meat .. chopped and marinated in aromatic coriander and green chilli.
Hope you enjoyed the post as much as i did curating it!!
And i promise to be more regular with my posts!!
mwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!
Be Good!!!
Loads of love
